# Life Admin Generator > A dated to-do list for moving, marriage, a baby, a new job and other life events. Choose a life event, your country, the date and your circumstances. You get a personalised before / on-the-day / after checklist with due dates. Legal deadlines are only stated where verified against official sources (e.g. German Anmeldung within two weeks); everything else is clearly marked as a recommendation. Part of usefulweb.site (https://usefulweb.site/). Results are deterministic calculations from the inputs and the listed assumptions; the API returns exactly what the web page shows. ## Use it - Human interface: https://lifeadmingenerator.usefulweb.site/ (interactive tool at https://lifeadmingenerator.usefulweb.site/tool) - JSON API: POST https://lifeadmingenerator.usefulweb.site/api/v1/calculate with a JSON object of inputs (schema: https://lifeadmingenerator.usefulweb.site/api/v1/tool) - OpenAPI: https://lifeadmingenerator.usefulweb.site/openapi.json - MCP (Streamable HTTP): https://lifeadmingenerator.usefulweb.site/mcp - tool `life_admin_generator` ## Inputs - event (select, required): Life event - country (select): Country - eventDate (date, required): Date of the event - Moving day, wedding, first working day, due date, date of death… - circumstances (multiselect): Your situation ## Method - A rule catalog maps each life event to tasks with an offset in days relative to the event date (negative = before). Rules can be limited to countries and to circumstances (e.g. lease notice only when renting). - Due date = event date + offset (calendar days). Items are grouped into before, on the day and after, sorted by due date then id. - Country-specific legal deadlines are only included where verified against an official source (Germany: BMG § 17, PStG §§ 18 and 28; Austria: oesterreich.gv.at; Switzerland: ch.ch; UK: GOV.UK birth and death registration). Only those are marked mandatory and cited. - For other countries and topics the item is phrased as "check local requirements"; offsets for recommendations are editorial planning suggestions. ## Limits - Organisational help, not legal advice. Rules change and have exceptions — confirm deadlines with the responsible authority.
